Ancilla ampla is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Ancillariidae.[1]
There exist two subspecies:
- Ancilla ampla ampla (Gmelin, 1791)
- Ancilla ampla cylindrica (G.B. Sowerby II, 1859)
