How can I find a list of all the different TOR sites?

You can't. What you can do is search around and look between sites and try to find what you are looking for.

A website which holds a lot of information and some websites is DeepDotWeb. If you are looking for a search engine I can suggest Ahmia but there is no full index of all the TOR websites.
