I tried to do the LOM analysis of a Transmon Cross Qubit (with flux line) which is coupled to 2 more qubits via 2 coupling resonators and another readout resonator. I defined the open terminals and got a 5 by 5 capacitance matrix. But when I tried to defined the Lj, Cj, readout_frequency and 2 seperate bus resonator frequencies in LOM, I got an error saying "Capacitance matrix is not the right size". When I input 1 bus frequency instead of the 2 bus frequencies, the error is not shown, but I got discrepancies in results. How do I solve this?
