I wish to check how much quasiparticle noise contributes to the relaxation of a transmon qubit since I need to use it for a project.

See Ganjam's Thesis. In chapter 3, they go over many sources of noise which contributes to $T_1, T_2$, etc. What's also nice is they include equations!
