Whis is Gravity the greatest at Earths surface and less below the surface, and less above the surface and dissipates much quicker above the surface than below? What does this imply, as to the source. The Earth rising, expanding or pushing out, or Space, Dark Mater etc. pushing in from all sides. Sorry for thinking so much.

Considering Earth's gravity only - if you are below the surface of the Earth, you are only pulled downwards by the bit of the Earth that is below you, in the sense of being closer to the centre of the Earth than you are. Above the surface the gravity becomes less because you are further away.
The mathematics (which you can look up if you are interested) has been around for many years, and was derived only assuming that masses attract other masses according to Newton's law. There was no notion of dark matter or of space pushing etc at the time, so these results do not depend on them.
