If there is gravitational force $F$ between two objects. It means one object attracts the other and vice versa. Shouldn't it double?

It is like if I push two balls towards each other with the same magnitude. I know that the force is on two different bodies but overally it adds up. So shouldn't it be twice. If so, both the bodies as a result will be affected by twice of the force.
