There's this cat who has started coming in our building for some weeks. She doesn't seem that old, has fleas and seems fine from outside. So we have this connections between apartments laundry side and she usually comes and goes from the stairs there. She meows very loudly at pretty random places. We have 2 cats at home. The male is neutered but she looks at our cats and keeps meowing. I think she wants the same treatment, maybe? But I left her food and water and she still meows even after eating. Maybe she is in pain or for mating? I don't know how to help her because I, myself am scared of cats and can not bring myself to touch them however much I pity them. So I still want to help her. Any suggestions? Maybe nothing grand but something she could like and maybe some need.
