Is Heritage Metro Capital a legitimate bank? I won the lottery on a site called Lottoleap.. But now it feels like a scam. They sent me a debit card but are withholding my money unless I pay 55k. Yes I bought the ticket. They sent a certificate and deducted taxes before sending the funds to this bank.p

Just a thought: Your chances of winning a million dollars in a genuine lottery are worse than one in a million. The chances that a genuine lottery uses a genuine bank that wants you to pay $55,000 before you get your legitimate lottery win are one in a trillion. It doesn’t happen.
Your chances of being the victim of a scam are much much higher. The chances of being the target of a scam when someone wants you to pay $55,000 are 100%.
