Most of my questions are about PHP, as I am most interested and will use in a useful application when I feel like it.

For all my PHP questions, note that I am using XAMPP. Also note I have a CRAPPY router, and will have to unplug/re-plug it to get my web server (or internet) to work. For this reason, my server might not be up.
