I am away for four months and unfortunately didn't top up my gas tank, which is apparently a major step recommended when leaving a car for long term. The reason given is condensation build-up. I also didn't disconnect the batter. I however did not engage my parking brakes (which wheel chucks) and left my car in neutral. Since it's too late for me to address these issues, I have a few questions.

  1. My car is stored in a covered garage and it's spring/summer time so would condensation be a significant issue? If there is condensation, what should I do when I return in 4 months?

  2. If I ask someone to drive it for about 20 - 25 minutes once a month, would that be sufficient to prevent condensation and even keep the battery topped up? (it's possible I could even ask them to fill up the tank as it's at a very low level).
