I have recently swap engine in my 2017 buick regal with a 2018 Chevrolet Equinox 2.0T (same engine) After installing everything correctly and checking everything, the fuel injectors weren’t pulsing causing the car not to start. I made it start off of fumes to see if the motor is good. Can anyone help me? Its it my ecu? Do i need a new ecu or the old ecu needs to reprogram? Help please?

An easy thing you can look at is if there are any codes in the ECU (through the OBDII data link connector). Most times when in situations like yours, the ECU will tell you what's wrong through the codes. If not outright, it will point you in a direction.
Since you know the injectors aren't firing, one thing to look at is whether the crank position sensor is sending a signal to the ECU. Could be you have a bad one in the "new" engine, it wasn't connected correctly during installation, or you damaged the wiring during installation. If the crank position sensor isn't sending a signal, the injectors won't fire. Basically, the ECU doesn't know when to fire them.
It should be fairly easy to pull the one out of the old engine and replace it in the "new" engine if you've not used it already during the installation.
