My extended warranty claim for broken air filter box clips was rejected as they have said it was not a mechanical fault but because of dirt. 1) there is no exclusion in the policy for dirt; 2) how can dirt on its own volition break something ; 3) how would they know it was dirty, from the photos it is not dirty. any other comments would be helpful. Thank you
