If a rented trailer is not up to code ie: door and slider do not lock, slider is broken and not fixed, kitchen sink leaks no heat can irent be held?

I rented a trailer in December 2023 and is not up to code. The first thing that had to be fixed was a leaking kitchen sink which was brought to the landlady attention and never fixed until my roommate fixed it, my doors have never locked properly (sliding or regular) there's no heat in the trailerand the oven stopped working. All of these things she is aware of and has done nothing about. The door has also been replaced and a lock installed at my expense. My trailer has also been gone threw and things taken ie:jewelry from me while at work. Can I with hold rent until things are fixed properly?

In germany, tenants can demand that the landlord keeps the rented property in the expected condition. If not, the tenant can reduce rent payments (Mietminderung). There is a long list of precedents to determine which conditions justify how much reduction, and the tenant has to have made a formal complaint to have the deficiency fixed.

Rules are different if the deficiency existed when the tenant moved it, and the tenant should have noticed them.
