My question asks whether there are any differences between post-nuptial and pre-nuptial agreements outside of "when it gets signed". In particular:
- Are there legal differences between post-nuptial and pre-nuptial agreements?
- Are they enforced differently?
- Are certain stipulations OK/enforceable in one but not another?
