If Fred builds a deck or patio (fixture) on a Florida condominium:

  1. with proper approvals
  2. without proper approvals

Does the absence of title confirm that Fred does not own a given fixture (e.g. a condominium, deck / patio) on the condominium grounds?

Although a previous question attempts to cite Australian law, it would be more helpful to understand it from American precedent in terms of title.
