I'm a random C++ developer extra annoyed by bad usability, broken automation, bad internationalization, too good internationalization -- really yes it annoys when your bash suddenly stops speaking English back, or apt-get update, or your spreadsheet does not eat the formula pasted from the Internet -- dead keys, Microsoft keyboards and NVidia drivers (could they just work after an upgrade? And be not closed?).
