I've been a full-stack software engineer since 2009. Have worked on a lot of different web applications in different languages. I love the craftsmanship of good code design, TDD, pair programming, well written and correct documentation.

When I am wearing any kind of leadership hat, my approach is to help teams from the inside out (being there, being part, doing hands-on work together, rather than top down style.

Also, I like to study the Lisp family of languages and Haskell as well as a way to keep my brain sharp and learn new ways of thinking and solving problems.
