I'm trying to install latex in 17.04 using 

sudo apt-get install texlive-full texmaker

but it returns

E: Could not get lock /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (11: Resource temporarily unavailable)
E: Unable to lock the administration directory (/var/lib/dpkg/), is another process using it?

How can I fix that problem?

You cant have more than 1 app installing at once, this includes updates, any apt commands or any other installers that use dpkg (.deb files too.)

if you dont have something like that open, try typing ps -ef | grep apt to see if anything is running.
