Same exact issue as Chrome display glitch when the GPU acceleration is on, AMD Catalyst driver.
Graphical glitching happens periodically, maybe triggered by flash/javascript-heavy pages?
I'm pretty sure this started happening after Chrome switched from GTK+ to Aura.
