Since installing Kubuntu 13.04, apt-get (and all other packaging tools) complain about untrusted packages. As an example, when I try to install ruby1.9.1-dev:
# aptitude install ruby1.9.1-dev

I'm pretty sure gcc is an official package :-)
What's causing this and how can I get rid of it?
