I have this situation. Filesystem / is 100% full. I found the files that are clogging up for me. Unfortunately, I don't know how to go about it because the path points to /sys/devices (the full link is in the screenshot. I have marked which files clogged up for me.
I'm betting on the motherboard chipset (second screenshot). The hardware is quite old, I will probably have to replace the hardware with newer hardware. But curiosity about Linux architecture doesn't allow to leave it without getting to the bottom of the problem. enter image description here
