We are using Desktop GUI version of Ubuntu 24.x as a VM and it seems we have an issue with it.

Although we have disabled all hibernate setting and power saving settings, every morning our Ubuntu machine seems like goes into power saving mode and we cannot RDP or ping unless we reboot the Ubuntu VM and login via vCenter console. Once we reboot and login via VM console window, we can use RDP onto our ubuntu VM.

Please help if we have messed around with some setting on Ubuntu as this should not be a regular behavior. We have enough RAM and storage allocated to UBUNTU VM in case if that is the case.

Please help
