i already tried following youtube tutorials and it's not helping me. I don't know what exactly is the problem it just stuck in the files and not downloaded. I already tried using the terminal in downloading and it didn't work. The application only has an option of others like arm64,x6, arm 71. please help me. i don't know what are the difference

The application offers different downloads, catering different processors and linux systems.
Most users probably will require a file marked with x64, which denotes common 64 bit intel and AMD processors. However, only you currently know what kind of processor you have.
Then, you will need deb for the Ubuntu system, which you can install either by double-clicking the file, which will open it in Ubuntu Store, or with the terminal. Also appimage, an alternative software packaging format, can work.
