I downloaded Obsidian note-taking app as appimage. When i double click, it seems to work fine. But when i give it the neccessary permissions and run from terminal via ./Obsidian.AppImage i cannot get it working. I get this error:

[12706:0601/161049.278720:FATAL:setuid_sandbox_host.cc(163)] The SUID sandbox helper binary was found, but is not configured correctly. Rather than run without sandboxing I'm aborting now. You need to make sure that /tmp/.mount_ObsidilVNVVa/chrome-sandbox is owned by root and has mode 4755.

Trace/breakpoint trap (core dumped)

And I know i can get it working with ./Obsidian.AppImage --no-sandbox, but it runs with sandbox when Ii double click from GUI. I want to make the same effect when I double-click to the AppImage from terminal. Also gio open ./Obsidian.AppImage doesn't work either.

I can install Obsidian from the obsidian snap package, but I have rather a personal curiosity to "be able to mimic the double-clicking operation from the terminal".
