I added these lines into /etc/fstab
/dev/sdb1 /connected-ssd ntfs defaults 0 2
And started ubuntu in recovery mode
It does Job dev-sdb1.device/start during 1m30s
That stops ubuntu from loading
Is that a new feature of ubuntu to not load /dev/sdb1 automatically once connected?
What's may be wrong with loader, when connected with fstab it displays only access indicator on ssd, power indicator is not turned on, and it waits for end of the task
