I am new to Linux and Ubuntu. After installing Ubuntu for the first time I encountered an issue where the system cannot detect my laptop’s built-in Wi-Fi adapter. The adapter works on Windows but doesnt work on Linux, and I think the problem is related to drivers maybe. I attempted to install the Broadcom drivers by running
sudo apt install bcmwl-kernel-source
but the command returns an Unable to locate package bcmwl-kernel-source error. I have searched forums for solutions but nothing helped. And so I need some help. I can say my laptop is Lenovo G700.
