New in linux here... I try to intall ubuntu 24.04 on an asus laptop N752VX. The installation gets stuck with a blinking cursor.
I changed the command quite splash to nosplash. The last i see is: "smpboot: x86: Booting smp configuration:"
The bios has most recent version.
any ideas?
