I transitioned from 22.04 where the players worked fine in web browsers, using either Firefox (.deb installed from official instructions) or Chromium, to the 24.04 update. The environment now uses the snap install, and the video players do not work on both Firefox (137.0.1, snap latest versuib) and Chromium (latest snap version).
The error writes "Prime Video is incompatible with your current operating system or web browser. You must update to watch Prime Video titles. Review the Prime Video system requirements. If the problem continues, please contact Amazon Customer Service and refer to error 7132."
Had a chat with Amazon, no luck.
The Widevine Content Decryption Module is there, always activated. I also checked firefox reads DRM data. I also have vlc installed (see this thread).
How to fix this issue ?
