This question is similar to others asked, but it's just different enough (with enough on the line) that I'd like to ask for some help. I was dual booting my desktop, but after an unfortunate screw-up with moving the Windows files, I've accepted that my desktop is only Ubuntu now. I would now like to use the previously allocated space (<50% of the drive) and merge it into my filesystem. I've been looking into GParted and similar options, but the problem I have is that my system sda4 is after the previous Windows partition.
I'm preparing a GParted USB, but I'd appreciate it if the community could let me know what to do before I repeat my previous mistake and turn my dual boot into a zero boot.
