I'm using Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS and recently my battery, even though its fully charged, depletes drastically from 100 percent to 0% without any usage. Though after connecting it charges real quick to 100percent because in reality barely any battery is used. Im assuming this to be an OS problem than a hardware problem. I have seen a few posts here regarding the same issue, but its not working for me. I'm using MI Notebook. Also while charging, the symbol flickers from the non-charging (normal battery) symbol to the charging symbol. Pls help me out

Edit: so as suggested by users here, it seems the issue might be similar to other posts here. Capacity = ~2.49% this is battery capacity through this command - upower -i $(upower -e | grep BAT) this is current status of my battery. As per suggested posts I believe its not similar. any help on this i'd be grateful
