How do I edit start menu (applications panel menu) in Lubuntu 24.04?

Question

In settings I see no options to edit it. How it may be done?

note that it is not a duplicat of How do I edit applications panel menu in Lubuntu? as it refers to ancient Lubuntu version and both question and answer is not relevant anymore

Try this:

sudo apt update
sudo apt install menulibre
menulibre
menulibre is an easy to use FreeDesktop.org-compliant menu editor. All fields specified in the FreeDesktop.org Desktop Entry and Menu specifications are available to quickly update. Additionally, menulibre provides an editor for the launcher actions used by applications such as Unity and Plank.
menulibre [options]
--version
    show program's version number and exit
-h, --help
    show this help message and exit
-v, --verbose
    Show debug messages
-b, --headerbar
    Use headerbar layout (client side decorations)
-t, --toolbar
    Use toolbar layout (server side decorations)
