I am trying to load https://openocd.org and my browser gets a timeout error. Other websites seem to work fine, such as the one I am using now to ask this question.
I first encountered this with firefox so I installed another browser, the brave browser, and the same thing happens so it's not specific to firefox.
However, can ping the url and I can access this website using the lynx text-only browser. I can also access the web site from a windows machine on the same network.
I am a bit stumped. How do I troubleshoot this?

Firefox 134.0.2 (64-bit) installed via deb package (not snap)
Brave browser Version 1.74.51 Chromium: 132.0.6834.160 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Edit 2025-02-14: I am still looking for help here. How can I find out why this particular web site times out when trying to view with firefox when the site is accessible with lynx or from a different machine?
