How do I identify which packages are snaps or flatpak or whatever and which are there the old fasioned way?

I have some suspicions that the apps that keep crashing are the ones "contained" as they tend to take each other with them (they always bork the process monitor first).

Thus is there a way to generate a list of how each thing is installed?
