I am getting the below error message after I uninstalled Skype. I am not using Skype anymore so don't need to keep anything on it. Can you please tell me what to do?

You uninstalled the skype package successfully (good job!), but you left in place the (third party) repository that package came from.

So apt has kept checking that repository every day, dutifully, in case you want to reinstall Skype from there.

How to remove the repository:

  1. Go into your Software & Updates control panel (the blue one)

Application Search showing Software & Updates

  1. Click the "Other Software" tab.
  2. Disable or delete the Skype repositories.
