I am trying to install ubuntu on my MacBook Air. I am following these indications : https://support.fleet.co/hc/fr/articles/5661642629277-Comment-installer-Linux-sur-un-Mac-Guide-complet-pour-remplacer-macOS-par-Ubuntu I am at the step : Create a Live USB and I have some problems. I think I was able to unmount the disk but when I do the command "copy", the terminal answer "command not found". How can I do?

Then, I tried to open my MAc with "Alt" to get the "EFI boot" screen but instead of it, I have the image of the internal disk and the possibility to connect at a wifi. How to have the EFI boot option? Thank you for your answers!

It sounds like your stuck creating a live USB.

Since you mentioned it was a 2017 model recommend following these directions (using windows or mac) instead of the ones you referenced: https://diyusthad.com/2024/12/installing-ubuntu-on-macbook-pro-2017.html

Then, if there are other issues after you install, go here: UBUNTU on Macbook Pro 2017 sound not working

Let me know if this helps and can proceed with your installation.

----edit----- A lot depends on what 'year' and model your mac is. What is your model of your mac and I can send you some more detailed instructions. If you are not already tracking, sometimes wifi, trackpad, camera, and other things may need to be troubleshot once you install Ubuntu.
