I was looking to do this and the instructions at Replacing Chrome OS on ASUS Chromebook C202S with Ubuntu and run it as the primary OS are now out of date in that the link to the johnlewis site no longer works. So wondering if there's another site for the seabios update? Or even a fully new set of instructions?

the site with the UEFI BIOS (MrChromebox.tech) appears to now be non-functional. instead, try having a look here: https://mrchromebox.chrx.org/

firefox did complain about the site having an expired security certificate, but ignoring this warning caused me harm! note: you really do want to be installing the UEFI instead of the legacy BIOS.

btw, if you read through the site contents, the email address for "MrChromebox" is there.
