First, I'm a "dummy" user. So everything is done automatically for me. Somehow, I lost my ethernet link trying to repair what was caused by a bug in Proton VPN. So I rely on wi-fi. I can't upgrade because "public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY". I've tried to follow instructions to rectify this from a Stack Exchange article but got no where. Can someone please help?
