I am looking for a dedicated and legit app for CalDAV tasks/to-do management on Kubuntu, optionally with calendar functionality, but without email and contacts functionality. I know of Thunderbird and Evolution, but they seem to come with email functionality included. On Android I use the tasks.org app and I would like to view/edit tasks on my computer as well while keeping them in sync.

Are there any dedicated CalDAV tasks client apps?

You can try those package korganizer, Kalendar or if you like command line vdirsyncer + Todoman
