When I installed Ubuntu, I deleted Disk C, and the installation was successful. But Disk D and Disk E didn't show. I mounted Disk D as /mnt/d as an NTFS partition. After that, nothing shows, and I can't access. It shows error: NTFS signature is missing.

sudo mount -t ntfs-3g /dev/nvme0n1p3 /mnt/d
NTFS signature is missing.
Failed to mount '/dev/nvme0n1p3': Invalid argument
The device '/dev/nvme0n1p3' doesn't seem to have a valid NTFS.
Maybe the wrong device is used? Or the whole disk instead of a
partition (e.g. /dev/sda, not /dev/sda1)? Or the other way around?
