I'm using a wireless game pad that seems to trigger low battery notifications every ~20 mins for some reason. Since I noticed battery notifications were spammy and generally very inaccurate, I tried looking for a toggle to turn them off and didn't find it.

I found this post showing that there should be a power notification toggle in notification settings, however that doesn't exist in my notification settings page.

I'm not sure if the toggle was moved elsewhere or if something is broken.

I have the same issue because my tablet has battery saving set so it doesn't get to 100% to protect the battery. I tried renaming the .oga files but that didn't work (I'm not really sure why), however using:

gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.sound event-sounds false

did work but it's not very elegant because it disables more than just the power sounds. I am going to see if there is a better way, but this will work in a pinch.
