I just installed dual-boot (Windows 10 + Ubuntu 18.04).
On Windows I have download speed like ~60 Mbit/s
on Ubuntu it looks like this:
Download: 0.71 Mbit/s
I tried both: Home WiFi and also mobile hotspot (works the same in both cases)
None of solutions that I found worked for me.

Thanks @GabrielaGarcia for help. It's still not as fast as on windows but speed is good enough (Download: 25.77 Mbit/s).
