I understand that

E: The repositoryhttp://ppa.launchpad.net/cpug-devs/ppa/ubuntu bionic Release' does not have a Release file.

is the error. So how do I fix it?

[Edit]

I have found the problem is solved(I just removed the problem causing repo ).
