Lecture
A lecture is an oral presentation intended to convey information or teach people about a particular subject. Lectures are often given, for example, by university or college teachers.
A group of lectures can make up a course, specifically a lecture course. According to Wikipedia, there are various types of courses, and lecture course is one type of course.
