0.21.0 is a major update released for Minecraft Earth on July 16, 2020, which added rainbow sheep and rainbow blocks.[1]

- A new type of wool can be obtained by shearing a rainbow sheep.
- Can be crafted into a Rainbow Carpet or a Rainbow Bed.
- A new colorful bed that is crafted from rainbow wool.

- Added to the game, but not obtainable until 0.22.0.
