Fixes
- More work on fixing user entitlement & offline mode/time-out issues.
- Fixes to variety of other bugs, access problems, user & data issues.
- MCL-21249 - Loading icon dark background is restrained to the size of the loading icon, rather than covering the entire window.
- MCL-21215 - What's New page is blank when opening without an Internet connection.
- MCL-21454 - Launching 22w19a and above gives the error message: "Failed to download file. Java runtime manifest is missing the desired component for this platform"
