Hello! My name is Auswah Imaan. I'm a second-year student at York University pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Information Technology and a specialized honors concentration on Auditing and Assurance.

My interest in technology and problem-solving started at a young age. I was always curious about how things worked, whether it was disassembling antique electronics to discover what was inside or figuring out how to fix problems with my equipment. This fascination turned into a passion for web creation, and I've since created several websites as part of my projects. My interest extends to database management, and I am actively researching the prospect of becoming a database administrator.

During my time at university, I've also dabbled in cybersecurity, completing a Google Cybersecurity certificate. This has piqued my interest in security systems and how to protect data in the digital age. I enjoy problem-solving and am always learning; therefore, I'm eager to share my knowledge and experiences with others.

In my free time, I’m an avid reader—especially of murder mystery novels & psychological thrillers—and I love sketching, painting, and doing digital art. My creative side helps me approach technical challenges with a unique perspective.

I’m excited to contribute to iFixit guides, especially those related to web and tech repairs. I’ve worked on troubleshooting software and hardware problems and restoring devices to optimal performance. I look forward to learning more and sharing guides that help others extend the life of their devices and improve their tech knowledge.
