Saeco Incanto SBS Piston Head Seals / O-rings Replacement

Two screws, PZ 1

Careful, there is a spring.

Spring, O-ring and a GLASBALL.

Remove the piston. More information in my guide " Disassembling & Cleaning the Brewgroup" here.

Screw PZ 1

Counterrotate turning the screw.

Then pull that thing and you find another seal

There are two types of O-rings. For this type of piston you need the smaller.

Grease it a liitle.

Just put it back, no problem.

...and then I found a crack in my piston. That can not be repaired. So I had to buy a new piston.
