    • Gently pull the sides of the rubber seal profile with a finger and remove it from the device.

Does anyone else have difficulty pulling the drip tray out? I’ve released the tabs on the bottom of the unit and tried pulling on the tray. I detect some movement but it won’t come out. If I pull any harder, I’ll probably break it.
