Dexter Corded Belt Sander - 900BS2.5 Motor Replacement

Remove the handle, by unscrewing the screw.

Pry the tape off.

Unscrew the 4 screws.

Remove the belt, then unscrew the screws of the shell to gain access to the motor.

Remove both accessories.

Remove the screws from the hull in order to have access to the interior and allow the carbon brushes to be blocked.

Relax the small metal strip to be able to separate the carbons.

Replace the new part in its housing.

Open the cap of the new part to replace the belt.

Tighten the inner screw.

Tighten the four screws.

Replace the tip, band and handle.
