Introduction
Fuses are used in electronics to protect electrical components from being exposed to excess current from the power supply. During a surge, the fuse melts to break the circuit to protect the valuable electrical component. The element associated with a blown fuse will be disabled until the fuse is replaced.
Parts

            Pull the hood release lever near the drivers feet to release the hood. 
- 
            Move to the front of the vehicle. 
- 
            Push the latch below the center of the hood to the left to unlock and open the hood. 
- 
            Lift the hood and support it with the hood strut.

            Open the fuse box by disengaging the latch on the left side of the fuse box by flipping it upwards or to the right.

                  - 
            Remove the fuse that correspondences to the electrical failure in the vehicle by carefully pulling the fuse straight up and out of the fuse box. 
- 
            Check for damage or discoloration in the fuse. 
- 
            Close the fuse box and fasten latch on left side of fuse box.

To reassemble, follow these instructions in reverse order.
